Tom is a leading voice of the in-house programmatic movement. As Managing Partner and co-founder of Labmatik — the programmatic transformation consultancy — Tom's team works with brand clients to figure out why programmatic is underperforming and creates viable action plans to correct it. Labmatik calls this body of work 'Programmatic Resource Planning' (PRP), a practice area they invented in 2015 to take the cost and complexity out of programmatic. Tom's programmatic experience began in 2007 while developing addressable TV and data product requirements. He then managed a multi-market optimization team at Yahoo! Europe with campaign responsibility for Right Media, the first programmatic exchange. At pre-IPO Criteo in London, Tom built out separate supply-side and data science teams. Prior to launching Labmatik, he was CEO of Yieldr, a European DSP that he repositioned for the in-house SaaS market. Tom has a B.A. in Economics from UCLA and an MBA from The University of Notre Dame.
